Fifty-one years old, and I've officially pulled the plug on the fast lane! I'm here, in the Adirondacks, and honestly, it feels less like a move and more like an escape. For ages, I've been running on fumes, and my soul was just screaming for a slowdown. Now, all I want is to get lost in nature, like, properly lost – the kind where my phone has zero signal and my only appointments are with chirping birds and whispering trees. I'm on a mission to dig deep, explore my spiritual side, and figure out what on earth my purpose is beyond just making it through another Monday.

Let's just say life's been a bit of a bumpy ride, a real character-builder, you know? But there’s this incredible fizz of excitement bubbling inside me about this new chapter. And guess what else? I’m suddenly obsessed with all things artsy, especially writing! It’s wild, because I'm not even a strong reader or greater verbal communicator– never have been – but something about putting words on paper just sparks me.
